Zariya currently offers optional gift-box personalisation only for eligible 30 ml perfume oils and the Build Your Own Oil Trio. Bottle engraving is not offered.
Customer instructions
Enter personalisation exactly as it should appear. Check spelling, capitalisation and punctuation before ordering. We reproduce the instruction submitted and are not responsible for customer typing or spelling errors. We may contact you where an instruction is unclear, unsupported or appears inappropriate.
Availability and presentation
Personalisation applies to the gift box, not the perfume-oil bottle. Position, sizing, colour and appearance may vary slightly because of materials and production tolerances. Personalisation is subject to the options and limits displayed on the relevant product page when ordering.
Changes and cancellation
Contact us immediately if an instruction must be changed. We cannot guarantee changes after personalisation work begins. Because a personalised gift-box product is made to the customer’s specification, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. This does not affect rights where the product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly personalised by Zariya or not as ordered.
Production and delivery
Personalised orders are normally dispatched within the general 1–2 working-day preparation period, but additional time may be required during busy periods. Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Problems with personalisation
If Zariya has made an error, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy without limiting statutory rights.
