This policy explains cancellation and return arrangements for purchases from Zariya H2O Perfumes. It does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Change-of-mind cancellation
For eligible goods purchased online, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. After notifying us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days. Contact info@zariya.ie and include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
You may inspect goods only as you reasonably could in a shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
The statutory change-of-mind right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including an eligible product supplied with gift-box personalisation. It may also not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exceptions do not remove your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
Return condition and packaging
Return eligible goods with all components and, where reasonably possible, in the original protective packaging. Perfume and oils must be packed securely to prevent leakage or breakage. Contact us before posting so we can confirm the correct procedure and any carrier restrictions.
Return postage
You are responsible for the direct cost and safe carriage of eligible change-of-mind returns. We recommend a tracked service and proof of postage. Zariya will cover reasonable return or replacement arrangements where goods are confirmed faulty, damaged on delivery, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
Refund timing
For a valid change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option within 14 days after being informed. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first. Extra cost for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable. Refunds are normally made using the original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us promptly with the order number, a description and photographs where helpful. Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, remedies may include repair where appropriate, replacement, price reduction or refund. Do not dispose of an affected item until we advise you, unless keeping it would be unsafe.
