These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from zariya.ie. The seller is Zariya H2O Perfumes, an Ireland-based sole-trader business (“Zariya”, “we”, “us”). 1. Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Screen colours and handmade or small-batch presentation may vary slightly. Product availability, packaging and presentation may change without notice. Product information, directions, ingredients and warnings supplied with the product should be read before use.
2. Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery address or inability to complete requested personalisation. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euro. Delivery charges are shown before the order is placed. Any tax included or charged will be handled as shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties or carrier administration charges that may apply outside the European Union unless checkout expressly states that Zariya will pay them. Payment must be authorised by the selected payment provider.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain. Delivery arrangements are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Returns and consumer rights
Eligible consumers normally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify us that they wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return them. Exceptions may apply to clearly personalised goods and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exceptions do not remove rights where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described. See our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
6. Gift-box personalisation
Personalisation currently applies only to eligible gift boxes for 30 ml perfume oils and the Build Your Own Oil Trio. Bottle engraving is not offered. Customers must check spelling and other submitted details carefully. See our Gift-Box Personalisation Terms.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
The website, Zariya name, logos, photographs, product copy, designs and other original material are owned by or licensed to Zariya. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or introduce malicious material.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Irish law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law that applies to them. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint promptly.
11. Changes
We may update these terms prospectively. The version applying to an order is the version available when the order is placed.
